I just wanted to reply here b/c I have been obsessed with this website momswhothink.com. I have never been much of a cooker but when I started staying at home I took a huge interest and actually looked forward to making dinner each night. I started out using the recipes from this website (the non healthy ones) and everything has come out perfect!
After much success with the not so healthy recipes I decided to do a healthy menu for my family one week. I usually choose 4 entrees a week and so far all of the healthy menu ones have been really good as well!

Apple Pork Chops
Ingredients:
2 sweet potato
2 tart apples
1 onion
4 pork chops
1 bag saurkraut
1 tbsp brown sugar
salt & pepper
__________________________________________
Cut up sweet potato & onion and put on bottom of pot
cut up apples and put on top, add brown sugar, salt, pepper
put on pork cops
put in bag of kraut
That's it! Cook for 7 hours on low ad serve over rice - SO DELISH!
**I made this a few weeks ago and it was yummy. I just deleted the sour kraut because we dont like it and it was still good!
