The post below (about boycotting businesses, ect.) got me thinking; where have you had the best and worst customer service experiences with? Customer service is a huge deal in my book. I won't go back to places where I get really bad service, but if I get great service I'm likely to tell lots of people.
Here's mine:
Best: Kohls, Nordstrom, Seventh Generation, Carnival Foods, Buy Buy Baby, and Luvs.
Worst: DirectTv, Chase Bank, Pampers, and Ebay.
Annnd go!
Re: Best & Worst Customer Service?
Best: Kohls, Best Buy, Old Navy/ Gap
Worst: Citi Bank, Chase
Best: USAA, Baby Age
Worst: Delta (and DH is the highest FF level possible)
Best: ING Direct. They are awesome. Every time I hang up the phone I feel like I just talked to someone I know. It's weird.
Worst: T-Mobile. Last time I called I had to hold for an hour for someone to pick up and then basically refuse to help me. Same thing happened to my dad. He asked to speak to the supervisor and told them that he thinks they bribe people at JD Power and Assoc. for good ratings, because they suck.
Best: BedBath & Beyond, Gap, luxury department stores (Saks, Neiman's, Nordstroms), PNC Bank
Worst: Pretty much every airline, Chase Bank, HP Computers, Motherhood Maternity
Best; Kohl's, Target, Graco
Worst-
Best; Kohl's, Target, Graco
Worst- DIrect TV, Cox Communications
Best: Uppababy, Marriott, Shabby Apple, Publix, Diaper Lab, Doodle Dypes, Monkeysnuggles, One Step Ahead, CottonBabies, My Precious Kid
Worst: Amazon, local Target, local cable company, Franklin Goose (GRRRRRRRRR)
Great thread- I'm incredibly anal about customer service. Its a huge turn off for me if a company doesn't put their customer's first.
Worst--DELL computers..I get transferred all over the world 20 times before someone can actually help me!
Best- Summer Infant monitor...they have sent me 3 replacements everytime my monitor dies...even once when DS threw it in the toilet! Best investment!
