also who had luck on seeing their baby's gender on week 19? should i wait til week 20 or 21?

I want to be sure of the ultrasound, i was hoping it would be sooner than later but should i wait til week 20 or even week 21?

You will be able to see the gender at 19 weeks.  I think after 15 weeks they can determine gender pretty accuratly.  My OB won't let me go in sooner than 20 weeks.  She wants to make sure that the baby is developed to 20 weeks so that they get proper results for the measurments and scans of the heart, vessels, brain, etc.

We did an elective u/s at almost 16 weeks.  The sex they predicted was confirmed at our 19.5 week anatomy scan. 

Obviously, we have yet to confirm for sure.  But two different places (elective place and doctor's office) agreed with each other.

I had one at 18 weeks 6 days and they said Girl. I just had another u/s at 28 weeks and she's still a she! I think it's very accurate around 19 weeks.

We found out the sex at 16w3d (confirm at 2 later ultrasound as well).  The tech said it was very clear to her.

You should definitely be fine at 19 weeks.

we couldn't tell for sure at an u/s at 16w, but we saw at 17w and got confirmed at our anatomy scan at 18w3d

oh and with DS....we could def tell at 18w that he was most def a BOY! :O)

We went to Bella Angel Imaging in Maple Grove at 17 weeks.. They were really nice and it was right on.
