Jax FL now has Hypnobaby classes!!

Hey to all my Jacksonville beautiful pregnant sisters!  We now have Hypnobabies in Jacksonville.  I have been waiting for this and am starting in the first class next Wednesday.  I thought I was going to have to take the Hypnobirthing classes instead but when I found out Carrie Farris was getting her certification for Hypnobabies classes I was so excited cause that's the class I'd rather take.  Either one is a good class to take but my preference is Hypnobabies.  This class is just more detailed and the CD's are better to calm/relax you into your zone.  And I've heard the scripts are better. So if any of you are interested in Hypnobabies classes in Jacksonville then here's the information just for you:

Thanks for the tip! I was going to do the hypnobirthing class with doulananda.com but I think I'll look into this as well.

Thanks for the info - I went the bradley route with my son and I'm planning to use those techniques (with my doula!) again this time.
