Why wouldn't HEB accept your online coupon? I was just reading their coupon policy and it clearly states they accept printed internet coupons.

    Some of the other girls had similar issues, too, not just me. The checker said she couldn't scan it, even though it seemed to work. Good to know its in their policy, I'll bring it up if i have any issues in the future, although I haven't tried since she told me that. I know mrsrosie can chime in, but I doubt shell be checking the boards.

    That's weird. Yesterday I used an internet coupon at walgreens and it wouldn't scan either so she just entered it. I wish they would make it easier to use them.

    I think they're trying to avoid counterfeit coupons. If they dont scan there is probably a higher chance they're fake. If they accept counterfeit coupons theyre out that money.
