We have a Teutonia car seat and while we haven't actually used it yet with baby, we have been very pleased with and have only heard great things about Teutonia.
My sister got this from our dad, who lives in Poland. The bassinet part changes to a regular seat after the baby outgrows it. She loves it, but she also lives in a very walkable neighborhood so it made sense to have one.
We have the iCandy Cherry - which is from England. When I got it from friends/family as a baby shower gift it was not available in the states yet - it is now. I really like it. It is just like the Uppa for the most part, except a lot lighter and less expensive as the bassinet is optional. It is a travel system, i opted not to get the "carry cot" / bassinet. I did get the conversion kit to adapt a carseat to the chassis - you can either use a Graco or a Maxi Cosi. We used this stroller from the get go and still do. We recently bought a 2nd stroller, a light weight umbrella stroller for quick trips around town or to the zoo etc... because the iCandy does not fold up w/o taking off the seat first - which isn't a big deal for in and out of the car or for our house, but when out at parks or places you cannot take the stroller in, it can be a PITA to have to take the seat off and then deal with 2 pieces, so you have to basically leave it in tact and not fold it up. It is super sturdy, easy to clean, super light weight, has as large basket underneath and come with both a raincover and mosquito net. It is available modern/classic colors to choose from. I got the diaper bag to match it as well. https://www.icandyuk.com/

Pros- Switches from rear to front facing with just a spin of the handle, while keeping the wheels facing the proper direction. You also aren't removing the seat to do this. It also comes with the universal carseat attachment. The infant seat turns into a bassinet so there's no need to spend extra money on that. It has a HUGE sunshade. PRICE. It's significantly cheaper than strollers with similar features
Cons- It's a bit heavy (around the same weight as the Uppa Baby Vista). In order to accommodate the spin feature it has a smaller basket underneath the stroller. You have to remove the seat to collapse it. It doesn't come with a cup holder, but I've heard you can buy a universal one. You just need to be mindful of it when you're spinning the seat around.
We have the teutonia 250? I think. It is has one wheel in the front, but I believe they stopped offering it. I love it as you can easily steer with one hand and allows my husband who is 6'4" to walk behind it wthout kicking the basket. It is very sturdy, but with that comes extra weight. The biggest disadvantage is that it doesn't fold down very small. I have an SUV so this has never really been an issue. It is all terrain, but I haven't really tried taking off-road yet.

what brand is this? I saw this type the other day on the street and loved it.
We have the Teutonia t-160 and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. As pp said, it has one-handed steering which is huge when you are carrying baby or anything else for that matter. It's rated very high for safety and comfort and we get tons of compliments on it. It also has an adjustable handle which goes in about 20 positions, great if you are tall or if you an DH are very different in height.
It is a bit heavy, but I manage ok with it. It's also a bit big, but we also have an SUV so not an issue with us. I guess another con might be price as it is a bit expensive (we got the chassis, car seat, stroller seat and 2 car bases which put us at about $900). The quality is amazing though, so worth it in my opinion. I ordered the cup holder a while ago and am still waiting for it, so can't comment on that yet.

We have the Wave stroller by First Years (https://www.amazon.com/First-Years-Stroller-Black-Green/dp/B004FN0Z8A/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1302292686&sr=8-1), which is basically the same thing as the Morthercare Spin, a british stoller (https://www.mothercare.com/Mothercare-Spin-Other-pages/b/306880031)
