Rec your childcare provider

I have to start working outside the house again =( we have too many bills and REALLY need to get out of the IL's house. My mom was supposed to babysit so I could get a PT job, but due to her recently seriously declining health, she can't for fear of what might happen to her. So... I need to send R to daycare. I live on the Eastside, and hope to get a job there but may end up working as far North as Everett. So sell me on what makes your childcare provider the best! TIA
