Do you have a nap routine?  I have no problem getting her down for her morning nap and then she usually snoozes in the car  in the afternoon but when I try to get her down for one more nap she cries and fights. I know she needs it though.  last night she pasted out at bedtime like she has never done before.  She is upstairs crying right now.  I hate hearing her but nothing else works.

LO naps every morning two hours after they wake up. Then again between 4-5. He gets really cranky when he's tired and rubs his eyes a ton. Some days he will fall right asleep and other I have to rock him with a blanket snuggleing him. He also likes to fall asleep while Im feeding him. So once in a while if he's really having a bad day I'll make a two ounce bottle of water and he will sleep after that. Good luck!
