It would be the Floradix (iron) that would bug your stomach. I take one or two 1000 IU tablets of vitamin D daily, plus the 400 IU in my prenatal, plus 200 in my calcium supplement. That's never given me a problem.
The iron in my prenatal makes me sick if I take it in the morning, though. And when I took straight iron supplements, they backed me up for the first week or two.

I'm told that when it comes to supplementing iron, Floradix is the way to go in terms of having the least side effects but I know I won't get off scott free.
My prenatal has never bothered me so I may be lucky (doubt it)
My OB suggested I take Floradix. I haven't had a lot of issues with it, but I have to mix it with a little juice to get it down.
I take it in addition to my prenatal.
Prior to that I was taking a chelated iron supplement from Whole Foods that did not cause me any issues either. However, I make a point to eat things I know will keep things moving and drinking a ton of water
I was on floradix but we found it didn't help enough so I had to switch to a prescription iron supplement. It never upset my stomach- but I did find it so sickeningly sweet that it made me gag. I really did not like it.
Re: Anyone taking Floradix or Vitamin D?
