STD and tax forms?

If you used short term disability during 2010, have you gotten any related tax forms?

    I thought the same thing!! Lol...maybe you should change the title. I used it in January so I'm curious if I'll need it next year.

    I did STD for my maternity leave in 2009 and never got any tax forms.  The STD was paid out via my previous employer, though, and not a 3rd party so it was lumped in with my regular W-2

    Yes, though my employer nearly forgot to send it, and our CFO called me apologizing and in a panic that I may have already filed.

    LMAO, um no ... since I collected short term disability in 2011.

    And I just couldn't bring myself to type "I collected (abreviation) in 2011" ... that would surely come back to haunt me, this being the internet and all. Stick out tongue

    Yes - I got something that outlined the amount of money I was paid. I *think* it was some form of 1099.
