Job Dust

I could use some of that famous Nestie Dust. I had "the talk" with my boss about not being happy with my situation. He was very understanding, and reiterated how much they want to keep me, and told me they were very open to working with me on my schedule. However, part of what I'm asking for has to be approved by his boss (who has already told my boss they are open to whatever I suggest). My boss' boss won't be back until Monday! How could he be on vacation this week? LOL. Anyways ... I'm hoping it's a technicality and he'll just approve it, but there is a chance they'll have a different suggestion, or just say no (to the part about working less hours) altogether.

Short story: Do y'all have any dust to spare that my new schedule will be approved?
