I am someone who MUST hit snooze on the alarm at least once every morning, I have been doing this for as long as I can remember. Well, for the past week the alarm has also been waking my LO up. This morning it must have scared the crap out of him because he was honestly rolling around in my tummy. I even felt a limb for the first time. It was so amazing!! So this got me thinking, what else will get him moving like that and what gets everyone else's LO's moving?

Granola bars definitely get her moving. It has less sugar than cookies and she moves more for the granola bars than any other sugar. Even the glucose drink, she was just laid back.
Also, when I poke her, she will poke back
Drinking cold water or lying one of my side and not moving for a few minutes. Pressing up against something like a pillow usually does the trick as well.
She loves her lullaby cd which I play every night for her. I can always tell what song it is by her movement. She likes certain songs better than others and I can always tell when the cd is about to end because she really starts moving on the last song...
Actually she loves music in general, whenever we are in the car listening to music she like to boogie!
LO's favorite food is hummus. Any flavor of hummus gets LO moving all over. Hummus is one of DH's favorite foods.
Yesterday I was out with my BFF and she locked her car and the horn honked. LO jumped/kicked at the sound of the horn in the parking structure.

I've yet to identify any specific food or drink that gets my LO moving. It's hard because he moves SO much that it doesn't really seem to be as a result of anything specific. The only exception is that one of our dogs started howling the other day because he heard sirens in the distance and LO made a huge sudden movement at a time that he was actually being still.
