I read your pg update and have been wondering lately and have been meaning to ask who you went with for your painter.

We did go with your recommendation Mike. He just finished yesterday and we are very happy with his work. He did a TON of stuff for much cheaper than the other quote we got. Of course it took him 2 days longer than he anticipated, but we figured that would happen. i think that's always the case in those types of jobs. But thank you so much for the rec (I told him you recommended him) and thanks for asking! We were definitely pleased with the results!

Oh, and hopefully we'll use him again next fall or spring to paint the outside of our house!

That's awesome.  I am glad it worked out.  He did the outside of our house too and we are super happy with it.  He even painted our doors for us.
