Diaper rash

I thought diaper rashes were rare with CDs? My DD has a really bad diaper rash right now and I don't know what I should do. I have CJs BUTTer and don't like it. Should I just let her go diaper free for a little bit? It seems like her butt has been red since I started CDing a month ago.

What type of CDs are you using?  Some LOs react to some synthetic materials (usually suedecloth, but also sometimes microfleece).

BGs, HHs and RaRs. She has eczema if that matters.
