My DH and I are voting different for president, so that's what I am ending up doing.

I'm in the same boat as Lady.  But neither one of us are voting just to cancel out the others vote.  That just happens to be the way it is.  Besides, DH has pretty much already come to terms with the fact that his candidate will not win, no matter what.

I think thats kinda the point of voting. Thankfully DH and I are in agreement so we get to cancel out someone elses votes. Although, we were in agreement for the last election too- and it didn't work out so well for us. We were the once who got canceled.

That's how it happens in our house.  We even call it that (canceling out each other's vote)
