Herbal Tea ingrediants.

I really like my acupunturist- However, I have noticed a lot of ppl undergoing acu and taking herbs switch out the herbs weekly dependent on where they are in their cycle. I take these herbs 3 times a day 6 days a week. Can anyone else out there that drinks the herbal tea share with me what your taking and your experience with it?

Re: Herbal Tea ingrediants.

  • Wow.  My acupuncturist doesn't recommend herbs so I am of no help, but, wow.
  • I know it! right? this is in a powder form Thank goodness I dont' have to cook this up myself.

  • Wow! I love seeing your list! I have  a different set of herbs for different points in my cycle, and she adjusted my herbs for Clomid and the uterine lining side effect this month. I don't have a list like you. Mine are the actual conconction - a big bag of roots, seeds, leafs, twigs, and some mushroom looking things.

I have to take mine every other day, every day, or 3 days on/1 day off depending on my treatment plan. I also do moxa every other day all month for my thyroid problem.

At first I could barely drink the herbs, but now I don't mind them at all. DH always looks at me funny though. I feel rather witch-like when brewing up my teas every day!

  • When I was going, my acupuncturist never shared with me my "recipe". I do know if was different for pre O vs post O, though it all tasted the same to me (not good :)).
