It depends on how much you weighed when you got pregnant, how many you are carrying, how much weight you have gained so far (I notice you dont mention how far along you are) What has your OB given you as a guideline, it depends on a lot of things and is different for each woman.
Here is a good link to give you some basic ideas... best idea... eat healthy foods and get light exercise.
This link gives you an idea of what everything weighs, so you know what you need to shoot for. Dont be surprised if you loose weight to start with, due to Morning SIckness, I know I did terribly and have yet to get back to my prepregnancy weight. Just be sure to get the nutrients you need and stay hydrated.
GL to you.

I think that after 20 weeks the average is like 1 pound a week...not completely sure, that's just what I've heard. You can ask your doc at your next appointment, just remember...what you gain during pregnancy you have to take off afterwards so don't indulge too much!
What was your body type before pregnant? Were you overweight? Underweight? Or at a normal BMI? It makes a difference. With DD I was at a healthy weight and was supposed to gain 25-35 lbs total (I gained 35). This time, I am overweight and only need to gain from 11-20 lbs (3.5 lbs so far and I'm 18 weeks today). So with DD I should've gained 1lb a week in my second trimester..this time, it should only be 1/2 a lb per week. I would check with your doctor who will give you the right amount just for you! Good luck!

Pregnancy # 6
4 missed chances
2 loving children
1 on the way
This! It also varies with each pregnancy too. I gained a lot more with DD by this point than I have with this pregnancy.
