talk about poor timing  I'm really happy for her (she's wanted to try a new city for a long time) but this means I have to hire and train someone before I go out... or my boss will be solely responsible for all of our combined work.  I guess it's good she let us know now rather than RIGHT before I leave.  

Sorry for the pity party... I'm having a rough day/week.

You're allowed a pity party for this one. That's a big stress/burden. I hope you find someone else soon who is great!
