cupcake topper question

Did you put them on all of the cupcakes or just some? I have 3 dozen toppers and will have 5 dozen cupcakes. I'm exhausted and running out of time and I just don't know if I have it in me to do two dozen more. Will it look okay if I just put them on some? The cupcakes will all have sprinkles so they won't be totally plain.

just mix em up on the table and they'll look fine

I actually think it looks better if only every other cupcake has a topper. Otherwise it's too cluttered IMO.
