I'm reposting this from Second Tri... Has anyone fasted during their pregnancies? If so, what kind of fasting,
for how long, and how restrictive? I'm not talking about m/s induced
fasting, lol.

Yeah, but those fasts are usually "no food and/or drink after __ time". Not all fasting is foodless or nutrientless.
Then you need to be more clear about what you're talking about, and what your goals are.
I thought I was being pretty clear... I asked how restrictive people's fasts are (like; what did they abstain from, during which hours), and how long they lasted (24,36, 72 hours, days, weeks, etc.). I mean, I did ask about the types of fast. Sorry you didn't understand. Ramadan is considered a month of fasting, and they eat solids after sundown but only water/liquids throughout the day. Lent is fasting; both in abstaining from meat on Fridays and in giving up something for the whole 40 days. I'm neither Muslim nor Christian, but these are great examples of religious fasts that aren't "you must consume nothing!" type fasts.

Religious food fasts exempt pregnant women because they are dangerous for the young, the old, the sick, and the pregnant.
I mean, this is the health and exercise board, so I just assumed you were talking about food. I've been observing Lent, but I choose to add a discipline (daily devotionals and extra church) rather than omit food or drink (especially being as you could say I've been fasting from beer for the last 8 months). This really only makes sense in a religious context. I've heard of people doing things like media fasts... but obviously being pregnant has no influence on anything but a nutritional fast.

If this is Lenten fasting, in the Catholic church pregnant women are excluded.
Otherwise, I think it is generally a bad idea while pregnant.
