Need Model Number and Serial # for a Graco Pack n Play

Hello,

I am trying to order just the vibrator unit for a Graco Pack n Play to place in my son's crib to help him sleep at night (I don't own a PnP), but the website is asking for the Model Number and the Serial Number or Manufacturer Date. 

Would anyone be willing to pass the numbers on theirs along?

All you need to do is find one online that includes the part you want and then make up a manufacturing date.  As long as it's in the ballpark of when it was made, it won't matter.  You would just put Jan 2009 or something like that.
