Once they are done at 18-24 months, they should not need any until 4.

They've come out with an updated version of some vaccine he'd already gotten that offered more broad protection (I can't for the life of me remember which one). He got that one and that was all. Oh...they also drew blood to check for iron and stuff which was much worse than the shot.

My oldest just had her 3 yr appt this past Friday and she did get one shot, I believe it was the Prevnar.  Includes more things now (just came out last April).  It was the only one she got.

We went last Tuesday and this is what she got.  She also had a blood draw from her finger.

The shot people are referring to is Prevnar-13 instead of -7. I think it was out by the time my DD hit her 2 year birthday last July. I don't think there's anything else unless you were somehow behind on something

My DS just had his 2 year checkup and got Hep A. The pedi said there were no shots at the 3 year visit and then a whole bunch at 4.
