Nervous Wreck

Good morning ladies! I am at the Re's office waiting to have beta #2 drawn. I wish it wouldn't take them so long to call me with the results! I think I am more nervous now than last week! Was anyone else more nervous for their second beta? I hope everyone has a wonderful day!!!

Retrieval - 33 Eggs, 29 Fertilized, 14 Frosties
IVF #1 - 3/17/2011 - 2 Blasts
3/31/2011 - Beta #1 - 395 BFP
4/04/2011 - Beta #2 - 1458
4/8/2011 - Ultrasound - little bean measures 5wks 2dys

    I've never been there but I have seen ladies refer to this as "beta hell," so I'm sure you're not alone in feeling this way.  I hope they call you very quickly with a very large, much increased number!

    Two C/P and Lots of Tests
    Me = LPD + cancer survivor, DH = low count and morphology
    IUIs #1-5, January 2011 - June 2011 = BFN
    IVF #1 in July/August 2011 = BFP!!!!!

    Beta Hell is when you're in limbo between having a pregnancy loss and a viable one. Low betas, and actual (not perceived) poorly rising betas.

    Good luck on your test and moving on to PAIF when you're ready.

    3/11-IUI#1 with Follistim and Menopur-developed mild OHSS= BFN
    6/11-IUI#2 with Follistim -developed moderate OHSS= BFN!
    7/11-FSH-11, AMH 1.6
    9/11-ttc naturally with positive thoughts :)
    10/6/11-POSITIVE pregnancy test!!! 15dpo BETA-220
    6/14/2012- Riley Harper arrived!! We love our little girl

    ...just wanted to wish you luck.
    TTC since 3/07. IVF#1 = canceled. IVF#2 = 0% fertilization. IVF#3 = BFN. IVF#4 = c/p.  
    Moving forward with Adoption 2017!

    Youhad a great number on your first draw...I think you should be ok!!  Good luck, hope you get your results back quick!!
    I am AMA and all tests on H came back normal
    3 failed IVF with OE and 2 failed frozen DE cycles
    Last fresh hail mary DE cycle starting Feb 2013
    PAIF/SAIF always welcome

    Thanks for clearing that up...it wasn't on the glossary, and I was just trying to be reassuring!

    GL, it is so nerve wracking!

    TTC in 2008. Stage II/III endo, Hashimotos hypothyroid, low morph (3%).
    2 cycles Clomid/Ovidrel/TI/Crinone=BFN.
    IUI #1 - 4 Follistim/Ovidrel/IUI/Crinone = BFN.
    IVF #1 - Antagonist w/ ICSI 4/10. 17 retrieved, 5DT of 2, BFN :(
    IVF #2 - Long Lupron w/ ICSI 6/10. 15 retrieved, 3DT of 2, BFFN!!
    Lap 7/21/10
    IVF #3 - Clomid/Antagonist w/ ICSI 10/10. 14 retreived, 3DT of 3, BFP 10/20 but m/c. No HB 11/15/10 - D&C 11/17/10.
    FET - 2 blasts, 1 survived the thaw. Transfer 2/19. Beta #1 3/1 375, Beta #2 3/3 885, Beta #3 3/8 4261, Beta #4 3/11 9005. U/S 3/8 1 sac 1 yolk, U/S 3/16 1 heartbeat 114bpm!

     

    James born Oct. 24th 2011 via c-section at 38 weeks!
