Ovulating during FET?

I am on cd10 and have my FET on cd19. The only med I am taking is estrace 3x/day. I have had a lot of ewcm and cramping today and I am really worried that I am ovulating/getting ready to ovulate. Is this normal? I thought the estace prevented ovulation. I have an appt on Tuesday to check my lining but I am going to call them first thing tomorrow morning to get my question answered. If I do ovulate, will my cycle be cancelled??

Just took an opk and it was negative. Can estrogen cause ewcm and cramping? This is so stressful!!

Estrogen causes the lining of the uterus to thicken. It also causes the cervical mucous to change. Your symptoms are exactly as expected from taking the estrace. GL with things.

Yes, estrace can cause O-like symptoms. Also, it should be ok if you would happen to O. I had a history of lining issues with FETs for some reason (no issues with fresh cycles). My RE took a very unorthodox approach to our last FET and we used a really low dose of Follistim. I triggered and everything. It didn't cause any harm at all.

I had those symptoms and when I went in Saturday for my lining check and bloodwork, everything looked great! FET is scheduled for Thursday.

I had TONS of EWCM on estrace. It freaked me out for the same reasons as you, the only reason I guessed I wasn't ovulating was b/c it was so early in my cycle.

Try and focus on the fact that the estrace is making your lining nice and thick.

Thanks everybody! I spoke with a nurse today and she said if I really am ovulating that they would have to cancel my cycle. I'm so confused-how can estrogen stop you from ovulating? That makes absolutely no sense to me. Estrace is the only med I am taking. I have an appt tomorrow and they will check my progesterone and lining. I haven't had any ewcm today which worries me, but I still have cramps off and on. Ahh!!!!
