Vive la Fete smocked dress sizing?

Has anyone bought any of these dresses? If so, whats the sizing like?

I heart the smockness!!!!! Why do they have to be so dang expensive though? I just dont understand......enlighten me please :)

    I just checked Kate's closet.  I feel like it runs pretty true to size.

    Ours run pretty true to size. DD is wearing a 9mo bishop dress right now and it fits perfect :). (she is about 19lbs & around 28+ inches)
