H and I have a long list of names we're sorting through. We'd like to narrow each list to 5 and then take it to the hospital to decide at this point, unless something really sticks out to us before then. So far our list is just names thrown together we've each liked.
Girls: ( ETA: middle name Colleen for sure unless we do Colette or Claire)
Ruby, Holly, Amy, Erica, Natalie, Julia, Melissa, Jillian, Claire, Elizabeth, Autumn, Rachel, Whitney, Colette, Shannon, Robyn, Ivy, Megan, Elise, Brianna, Shelby.
Boys: (middle name probably David)
Nathan, Jared, Ryan, Blake, Graham, Marshall, Micah, Adam, Evan, Jonah, Cameron, Samuel, Reid, Abraham, Gabriel (Gabe).
What do you like? Be honest, I won't be offended at this point. I'm looking for feedback.

Of your girl choices, I like Julia, Elizabeth, and Elise.
Of your boy choices, I like Graham (my DH's name, which he refuses to use for ours), Marshall, and Gabriel (our boy MN choice). I also like Micah, but have bad associations with it.
Have fun deciding!

Holly- Holly Colleen has too many L's for me, but I do like Holly with a different MN
Amy- This is a NN to me, what about Amelia?
Erica- Very dated IMO to the 80s-90s, but sounds nice with Colleen
Natalie- Doesn't flow well with Colleen
Julia- Love the name Julia, not sure how well it flows with Colleen
Melissa- Cute
Jillian- Jillian Colleen is a mouthful. Too many L's again.
Claire- Beautiful name, but Claire Colleen is alliterated. As long as that doesn't bother you.
Elizabeth- Favorite
Autumn- NMS
Rachel- Just OK
Whitney- Not with Colleen. OK otherwise
Colette- NEVER with Colleen. Don't mind it on its own though.
Shannon- A mouthful, but nice.
Robyn- Not a fan of the spelling, but sounds OK with MN
Ivy- NMS, but sounds nice.
Megan- Same as Erica, very dated to me, but goes well with MN
Elise- OK, but pretty trendy.
Brianna- OK
Shelby- NMS
Never had strong opinions on boy names so I can't really help you out there.

You have a pretty good list! I don't love all of the ones that I have below, but I chose the ones that I thought sounded nice with Colleen/David.

Thanks! That's kind of what we're aiming for. We are nickname people although we're not choosing one from the start, it's bound to happen around here so we want options. Most people call us "boring" in the name department, but we're into plain, simple and spelled right!

Oo. I love Elizabeth Colette. We had that name on our list. Others I like: Whitney, Megan, and Robyn (I've only known women with the Robin spelling though).
I love Adam too, that's my #2 boys name right now. Other I like: Ryan, Evan and Gabriel.
For girls with the MN Colleen I like: Elizabeth, Melissa and Elise
Boys with MN David I like: Gabriel and Ryan

I like your list! There are no really bad names on it, so I'm just listing the ones that I like best.

For girls I really love Ruby and Whitney.
Autumn, Megan and Elizabeth are ok.
Dislike the rest.
For boys I love Reid, Ryan, Blake, Graham, Samuel and Cameron.
Micah, Adam and Evan are ok.
Really dislike Gabriel, Abraham, Jonah and Nathan.
I'm partial to Robyn myself.
But not Robyn Colleen... just doesn't work for me.

I love all your girl choices, except for Whitney, Shelby and Ivy. All of your girl choices flow nice with Colleen as a MN, except for Claire and Colette. However, a lot of the names flow well with Claire and Colette as MN's too.
I'm not a fan of: Graham, Marshall, Jonah and Reid. Out of what's left I think Cameron David flows the best.
