Sizing for fleece shorties/soakers?

Okay, so DD wears all OS diapers, so I don't even know where to begin on what size fleece shorties/soakers she will need for over her new fitted overnight diaper? I measured her rise, waist, and thighs as best I could, but I am obviously no professional measurer... According to what I measured (with a CD on), she was even bigger than any of the XL measurements! She is 10 months old, and wears 18 month clothes, but that does seem a little bigger than I expected to need... Please help!!
