BH are getting insane!

I feel like such an idiot. What I always thought was the little guy shoving himself up into my lungs and taking my breath away I now realize are BH! I'd feel like it was hard to breathe and put my hands on my stomach to urge the LO down with maybe a poke or two lol. Then I realized my whole UTE was rock solid, not just where he was. Duh... Yesterday I had them ALL day off and on. It really is a bizarre feeling. Does anyone else have BH that literally take their breath away?

All the time!! It freaked me out vat first, but know I just try to do big abdominal breaths (ala hypnobirthing) it creates more room in the abdomen for the contracted uterus. And it might also make me feel like I have any control/part in this

They totally take your breath away...that is the best way to describe them. My Dr said to me yesterday, "So actual contractions will feel like that...just a lot more intense". Haha, they're already intense...scary!
