Sick... again

Adrian. I don't know what's going on but he was sick with a fever, cough and runny nose a couple weeks ago, then that cleared up somewhat (phlemy cough wasn't 100% gone). Then he was fine for only 1 week and on Sunday night he had a fever again, which turned into cough again, went away for couple days, and then suddenly, he was up every 2 hrs last night with coughing and a stuffy nose. Is it the same thing that keeps coming back or is he getting colds back to back? Maybe allergies? The pedi is no help. Every time we go she checks everything but doesn't want to give antibiotics until she's sure it's an infection. So this last time I didn't even take him to the doctor. If he's not well by tomorrow I'll probably take him to a clinic. I hope he's better.

He went to bed super early today (6 instead of 8pm), napped poorly and didn't want to eat much all day. I prepped him for bed well (saline drops in nose, suctioned his nose, Vicks rub, honey for his cough and Tylenol b/c he seemed warm), so I hope the poor boy sleeps better tonight. I know he might wake me up at 4am but it's OK. I just want him to get better.

Frikin' daycare. Or it could be Gymboree. Or just being out and about since he touches everything. And the poor little guy also has all his teeth coming out at once.

It's hard to be little, huh? I feel so bad for him, especially since he can't tell me what bothers him Crying

It is probably back to back colds. My 15 month old has been sick pretty much continually all winter. I SAH but I have an older son that goes to pre-school. it is rough. Next winter will probably be better.
