took a step in the right direction

I paid the retainer for my lawyer today. My STBXH and I had mapped out pretty much all the details on our own (miracle of miracles) so the meeting went pretty quick. I was surprised to find out that for a dissolution once you've filed all the paperwork with the courts it can be approved in as little as 31 days.

I'm excited to be moving in this positive direction and toward a new life with my DD!

    31 days?  Where do you live so I can file for my next divorce there. LOL Oh wait I have to finalize this one before I can start planning my next one. Darn it!

    I'm in Ohio. Fortunately for me we are doing a dissolution and the law firm I'm working with can schedule a judge to come to their office to make it official. I can't wait!
