1st IUI tomorrow.....

Hi ladies, im not on much........im always lurking and checking on all you gals though Smile

but just wanted to say i have my 1st IUI tomorrow.....i have a ? my left ovary had a 18mm follicle, my right had 2 a 17mm & 15mm, on all the other med cycles i had basically the same and they sent me home taking another FS and trigger 2nd day after.....i have had 2 dif nurses, yesterday another dif nurse and she sent me home taking the trigger.....just wondering if anyone knows if that ok? Im sure it is but why not another FS like before....also may i ask for your T&Ps, i feel bad asking as im not chatting to you all as much Sad

its 12:15pm here now and most of you are not on and then by the time i get on in the eve its 10:00pm here and im so tired and usually online for half hr tops, anyway i apologise and i apologise this message is getting abit long.......take care ladies, wishing us all the best ((hugs))

Good luck tomorrow! Not sure why they are changing the pattern of your meds this time, but from the limited reading I have done on follicle size, I think they are comfortable triggering anything above 14-15 mm.

Good luck Karen! They may have had you trigger earlier if your bloodwork showed ovulation starting on its own(LH could have been high). That happened to me in February. When in for a check and I got the call later that afternoon to trigger, come in for the IUI 12 hrs later.

Thanks so much ladies, its so nice to come home to your messages, we have been gone since lastnight, we live 21/2hrs away so we booked into a hotel, its been a long day also.

Well it went great, it helps kinda knowing whats going to happen thanks to all that share their IUI experiences!!!! She had trouble finding my cervix (retroverted uterus) but she got there, she noted the road map to it for the next time if needed. They were all so lovely!! So im back in the 2ww again, she gave us a pregnancy test, my DH took it and is hidding it on me....hehehehe, he did great and they were very pleased with his sample!! We are very excited but not dumb to failure!!!

Glad to hear it went well! Love that DH is hiding the PG test. I'd just go run out and buy more so that wouldn't work around my house. Haha! Best of luck for your sticky baby. hugs.
