I don't get the whole Leighton phenomenon. This was the last name of a family I grew up around. I hate it as a fn. Awful.

Tessa Elizabeth would be the name I would choose if I could. Holly is nice... a little dated, but OK. I voted for Holly Elizabeth because I hate Brynn and it doesn't flow very well with Tessa. Holly Elizabeth is the better combo by far.

ETA: I love Tessa Catherine, too!

for middle names, i like two of your options - elizabeth and catherine.

Thanks ladies! I actually changed it to Tessa Catherine Tessa and Holly are my fav's on the list but I just wanted to see what people thought of Landry and Leighton.

Leighton has started to grow on me (I used to hate it) but idk if it just because Ive been hearing it alot

Landry I like but I also agree that my first thought is laundry...

My DD is Holly Elizabeth... so I just might be bias

I love her name it is so sweet and I find that I am quite happy with the pick, I hear so many 'modern' names these days that a slightly 'dated' name is fine by me. The only thing I might not like about it (which will not be a problem for you) is that it is a Chrismas-y name and she is a Christmas baby so I wonder if people kind of think that was cheesy of me even though that was the last thing we thought of, we were just happy to agree.

I love the name Holly. You don't hear it very much anymore. Holly Elisabeth is lovely!
