They are terribly sore right before i get my period ever since i got the IUD.

Like DO NOT TOUCH THEM sore.  And I haven't had sex in a week.  Wah!

I'm having my IUD checked tomorrow, I'm terrified that it has come loose and is lost floating around in there. (I picture some litle IUD in a spacesuit floating on the moon with a flag LOL)

I just got the mirena on the 17th and this is my fear!!
