How has your past week been? The week started out good, but started to anxious as I got closer to the first trimester scan.

Any milestones?  Looking forward to second trimester and a bump!

Any appts, upcoming appointments? I had my first trimester scan today and it went well.  Baby is measuring right on track and moving all over the place.  It was so exciting to see all the detail.  I am so in love!

Anything else going on in  your pregnancy or your life that you'd like to share? I don't really have much of symptoms right now.  I don't have a bump, so don't feel pregnant, but relieved by today's u/s.

In honor of tomorrow: What's the best April Fools joke you've heard of?  Cannot think of any.

How has your past week been? Overall, good.  More anxious as time has gone on.  Symptoms have been pretty much non-existant...I don't even feel pregnant (which of course worries me).

Any milestones? Reaching the fetal stage

Any appts, upcoming appointments? My 1st scheduled u/s is in about 2 hours.  *GULP*.  I'll update one way or the other in a post later today.

Anything else going on in  your pregnancy or your life that you'd like to share? In addition to the appt today, I also have a job interview this afternoon.  Big Day. 

In honor of tomorrow: What's the best April Fools joke you've heard of?

There's a part of me that's half tempted to tell my family tomorrow...but we'll stick with our plan and wait till 1st tri is over.

My bff was due yesterday with her first kid.  Her husband is a major joker.  I've been telling her since she told me her EDD that it would be funny if the kid picked tomorrow for a birthday...people wouldn't know if they should believe her husbands phone call or not, lol.

Any milestones?  Each day that goes well.

Any appts, upcoming appointments?  Had my NT scan this morning.  It went well.  Baby is still measuring ahead and I love seeing that strong heartbeat.  I don't have another u/s for 4 more weeks now.  That will be a change from the weekly ones I have been having, so that is a little scary.  I think I am going to go in for weekly doppler checks in between.

Anything else going on in  your pregnancy or your life that you'd like to share?  I am just so thankful and so hopeful.

Hello October ladies!!

 How has your past week been? My week has been pretty good. I have had some mild cramping and pains but nothing out of the ordinary. My symptoms are decreasing but I'm still incredibly tired, all the time!

Any milestones? This Saturday I will be 12 weeks. If all goes well, this will be the longest I have been pregnant. I just pray my lo is doing well

Any appts, upcoming appointments? I have my first trimester screening scheduled for tomorrow and I'm TERRIFIED!  My last pregnancy I found out my lo had passed at the first tirmester screening so I just pray, pray, pray that everything is great. I hope to see my lo moving around and growing strong. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers

In honor of tomorrow: What's the best April Fools joke you've heard of? Oh, gosh, I don't know. And I just realized tomorrow is April Fools day and this is the date of my first trimester screening.  I hope the joke is on my nerves/anxiety and the scan turns out great! That would be the best Aprils Fools joke ever!

My week has been pretty good. Had a CVS on Monday and I've been trying to rest as much as possible. Just one more day til Spring Break!

Hitting 12wks is a milestone. Also getting through the 1st birthday of my angel baby.

I have another u/s on the 4th. Then just waiting to hear the results of the CVS.

It's been a PITA trying to hide it at school!

No jokes, but I am seeing a pretty good friend so I might tell her tomorrow. Not sure if she'll think it's a joke or not.

How has your past week been? OK.  We had a fun weekend and things are swimming along.

Any milestones?  Tomorrow I have my first appointment with my OB (been with the RE until now).

Any appts, upcoming appointments? Tomorrow (as mentioned above).  We have a lot to talk about re: NT vs CVS and what kind of monitoring I want to do.  My doc has offered to see me as often as I want (love her), but have to make it realistic for DH since he doesn't want me going alone.

Anything else going on in  your pregnancy or your life that you'd like to share? We're trying to plan a family vacation (all of us and DH's parents) this summer and it's really turning into a pain in the butt. 

In honor of tomorrow: What's the best April Fools joke you've heard of?  When I was in college I lived in a campus-owned house with 6 other people.  One of the roomies got ahold of some official school stationary and sent us all a letter that we had to move out in two days as they found asbestos in the walls.  We all fell for it hook, line and sinker and stormed the housing office only to have them tell us someone was playing a joke on us.

How has your past week been? Busy!  We're trying to buy a house, so this week has been full of decisions and offers and stress.  And the beginning of the week I had a bunch of work dumped on me that kept me here late.  It partially explains my MIAness recently.  This post seemed like a good time to jump back in.

Still not feeling much in terms of symptoms - Junebug, I'm in the same boat as you.

Any milestones? Will be 10 weeks this Saturday.  Double digits!

Any appts, upcoming appointments? Not for another 2 weeks. I hope it goes fast.

Anything else going on in  your pregnancy or your life that you'd like to share? See question #1.  I did make DH a proper dinner last night for the first time in what feels like forever, which felt nice.

How has your past week been? Pretty good-I had my last first trimester visit last week and got to hear the HB on the doppler.  Other than that I've been on a fruit and chocolate kick.

Any milestones? Next week I'll be in the 2nd trimester.

Any appts, upcoming appointments? Not until next month. My doctor thought everything looked great last week.

Anything else going on in  your pregnancy or your life that you'd like to share? I did let my pregnancy out to a few people & they were cool with me keeping it on the down low for now.

How has your past week been?  Great!  We got the results of our NT Scan and my risks were reduced!  I've also been able to get back into working out, which makes me feel so much better!

Any milestones?  Seeing more than a blob at u/s!  Entering the 2nd Tri (yay!)

Any appts, upcoming appointments?  Next appt is not until 16 wk..how will I pass the time!?!

How has your past week been? Good, NT scan went well and I am so relieved.

Any milestones? This is sort of the most I've been pregnant. While last time the baby stopped growing at 6.5 weeks, I didn't have a D&C until 11.5 weeks (right about now) so I still felt like I was pregnant and the baby was with me.

Any appts, upcoming appointments? Not until May!

Anything else going on in  your pregnancy or your life that you'd like to share? Today is the first day I wore a real maternity shirt. I have been getting by on dresses but today I wore jeans-which still fit perfectly under the bump-but I have a big enough bump that I just look fat in regular shirts, so I have a flowy empire waisted maternity shirt on. I didn't think I'd need them this early!

In honor of tomorrow: What's the best April Fools joke you've heard of? When we were little my mom woke up my brother and I and told us we had the day off of school. We got super excited and then she said, "April Fool's!" I don't think it was the best, but it was the meanest.

Anything else going on in  your pregnancy or your life that you'd like to share?  My EDD from our 1st pregnancy was yesterday.  I was out of town for work, so the day went by pretty quickly.  DH and I are going to do something this weekend as a memorial.  I think we're going to buy a fountain for our landscaping.

Hi ladies. I'm on my phone, so I apologize for the lack of formatting! I'm battling a nasty cold or sinus infection. Just miserable! Hope this passes quickly. I'm looking forward to hitting 10 weeks on Saturday. This was a mini-milestone in my mind for some reason so I'm happy to be almost there. My home Doppler arrived yesterday so I think I'll try it out then. Nervous/excited to give it a try. We have a Doppler check scheduled at the OB for Wednesday, but nothing else til my NT scan (4/19). Aside from this cold I still have the slightly sore boobies but nausea is almost gone.

This week has been nuts. I'm pet sitting 3 dogs in addition to the dog that we already have. I'm exhausted from cleaing up accidents and chasing them all around.....hmm maybe this is good practice.

 No real milestone I can think of other than I am still PG today and hit 12 weeks on Saturday!

I have my NT scan next Friday and I'm really excited/nervous. DH won't get to be there but my mom is coming. It's her first grandchild, and just in case I get bad news.

These symptoms keep psyching me out, I think I'm over something, then it comes back! I.e. totally enjoying the constipation, exhasution and breakouts allllll over again.

How has your past week been? nothing but fear b/c i was anticipating the NT scan.

Any milestones? Yes, made it to the NT scan today.  All looked good now wait for the b/w results.

Any appts, upcoming appointments? Next ob appt. is next Thurs.Next u/s won't be till 20wks!  yikes I haven't gone more than 2wks w/o an u/s so this is going to be hard.

Anything else going on in  your pregnancy or your life that you'd like to share?  Feeling very crampy lately in my ovaries?  Of course i just had the u/s today so everything looked good but of course it makes me worried.

In honor of tomorrow: What's the best April Fools joke you've heard of? I was fooled when BIL told me he couldn't come to dinner b/c his daughter broke her arm.  april fools.  ugh.

Past week: Good, still feeling nauseous but starting to get very very hungry!

Milestones: Yesterday we got to see LO moving around a lot. It was the first time I cried at an u/s, it finally became "real". I am officially the most pregnant I have ever been.

appts: My final RE appt in two weeks, it will be bittersweet because he has been wonderful to us.

In two weeks I will be co-hosting a friend's baby shower and I don't know how to "hide the bump" yeah I am super short & between bloat & food baby I don't look like my normal self. So I don't want to announce at her shower (tacky) but not sure what to do yet.....Everyone knows the struggles we have had to get here so they are always expecting an announcement.....any suggestions welcomed

April fools: Hmmm I wish I was that creative but alas, I have only taken part in the standard childhood pranks...

Ginger-That was a great prank your mom pulled.  Mean, but good. 

For those that are adjusting to big gaps of time between u/s's...welcome to my world.  Totally joking of course, I know its an adjustment going from weekly/bi-weekly to "Eh, we'll see you at 20 weeks".  After my NT next week I don't get one till 20w as well.  Enjoying the barrage of peeks while I get them!  I figure the gap between NT and anatomy scans will be a good time to make use of a doppler.
