If both kids are invited to 1 birthday party, should you bring one gift for the birthday child from both kids, or each kid bring a gift, for a total of 2 gifts? I'm leaning towards bringing 1 gift from both boys, but don't want to be tacky.
Thoughts?
ETA: its for a 1st birthday, so the child obviously wouldn't know the difference.
Re: birthday party question
me too.
Same here.
I always bring 2 gifts anyway - usually a toy/movie/clothes & a book that goes with it. (ie An Air Rocket Launcher and a "Rockets" book, or for a baby I'd get an animal puppet and a board book about that kind of animal) Sign the card with both their names. Sign the book with whoever is closest to the birthday child and if they are equally close in friendship, sign the book from both. If the birthday child is family, sign the book from the entire family.
