How were your results with the 30 day shred?

I'm on day 2. My upper body is sore, but that's a good thing right? Only 28 left to go!  How were your results if you did it?

  • I am on day two of Level 3.  I think I look more toned - especially my arms and abs.  I haven't lost weight, but I wasn't really trying to and my diet did not change so that wasn't an expectation of mine.  Overall I've been happy with the results.  Good luck!
  • I completed it in 01-10. I lost 10 lbs and 10 inches.... Can't wait to try it again after this baby!

  • I did it last year, not just for 30 days though - from about Feb-Aug, mixing some tae bo etc later on. I think I lost 10 lbs the first month. In total I lost 55 lbs and went from a size 16 to a size 6.

  • I did it a year ago and can't remember exactly, I know I didn't lose weight, but I did lose an inch off each arm in the first 10 days-that was great. I loved the 30 day shred..

  • I don't have specific numbers and I mix it in with other things like the elliptical and walking but DH has notice a difference :)

  • I have been doing it on days that I don't teach a bunch of classes (I teach between 4 and 8 fitness classes per week), so I'm not doing in the "traditional" way. 

    I am really enjoying it!

  • So um... I read this post earlier and decided to check our cable to see if it was on demand. It is so I turned it on. Rather than sit and watch it, I got up and did it. I am so out of shape! Now I need to go measure myself.

    I need to make sure I do this everyday. Wow, my ass hurts.

  • I got DH to try this (he's actually doing this right now). Let's hope we can both stick to this! Thanks for posting this today!
