Looking for a quick answer

Does an sbish (size M) NEED an AFF stuffed in it? I just sized her up from small and just got my AFF and she can't even put her legs down. It's like a nightmare version of A Christmas Story.

    The bamboo fleece fitted? Shouldn't. We just use the doubler & an interlock cover and we're good to go for 12 hours (though DD mostly STTN now. finally).
