What to do about kicking, biting, etc.

DD seems to be really wired lately. She''ll have "episodes" where she will act crazy - kicking people, biting, throwing herself at my belly, etc. She laughs about it, but it needs to stop b/c it hurts. We've tried telling her "no", distracting, holding her feet down when she kicks, etc., but she just keeps laughing and doing it. 

Any tips?

I'm dealing with this too.  DS is such a sweet boy until these little episodes.  I'm just either trying to ignore it by putting him down off my lap or telling him,"No, hitting hurts mommy."  He's not getting the message yet but I'm guessing it's just a phase that will pass. I think he's experimenting with his world and sees he's getting a reaction.  Sending lots of patience your way!
