21 month old not wanting to sleep

I'm having a hard time the last week or so with DD going to bed. She has always been a great sleeper and on a schedule. She usually goes to bed 7:30-8:00 fussy for a few min and out for the night.

Well DH got a 2nd job and my parents been watching her 2 nigths. Now she want to be up all night. I told them they need to stay with her bedtime time. They keep her up till 9:30 and say she wont sleep that she is screaming. I dont know what to do I work those night so I can't be home.

Last night I though LOL that maybe she was ready foe toddle bed she never climbed out but thought maybe this would help in her no sleep issue and screaming. NO she is back in the crib!

It breaks my heart she cry's and screams momma dadda over and over. Before she would just cry and fall aleep. 

How do I her back on schedule????
