D&C Surgery Dream, anyone else had one??

I went and had a D&C done, and I had the wildest dream while I was knocked out. I had a dream that the sun was shining so brightly, and there was a Baby girl laying on a cloud, looking up at me and smiling. This baby had brown hair, and brown eyes (just like me..) and was absolutely adorable wearing a lavender tiny dress! The baby even looked like me from what I've seen of my baby pictures. The whole time I just stood in this dream staring at her, I didn't say, or do anything. I've been wondering ever since I had this dream during surgery if it was just a dream, or if I really saw the baby I lost? I haven't told anyone of this dream but DH, I just often wonder if it was a dream..

I know that I did have a dream. But, waking up and everything that was going on in the recovery room I couldn't remember it after. Kinda wish I could. Would have been interesting to see what I dreamed about.
