What is going on with me?

I took a trip out of town this weekend and when I flew back home I became nauseous on the decent, I almost never get nauseous when I fly.  I have been slightly nauseous on and off ever since.  Also, on Monday my lower back started hurting ? this also never happens to me ? and it feels like the same mussels that were contracting when I went into labor (I had back labor).  There is the slightest chance that I could be pregnant.  I?ve been on the pill since DS was 4 months old, but recently I had to be on antibiotics for a while and I know that can change the effectiveness of the pill.  My period is not due until Tues/Wed so I think it?s too early to test.  Is this all in my head?

everytime I get sick I get back pains so you could ahve just picked up a little bug while out of town. Take a test though couldn't hurt

POAS! Duh!! Get some dollar store ones to take over the next few days in case?

everytime I get this kind of symphtoms (specially back or colicky pain) I run for a test, even if I know the chances of getting pregnant were less than 10% <- just made up this number.
