Picking up Alex after school and taking him out to Dinner & a Movie (diary of a Wimpy Kid, he's been begging for it)
But I'm drawing a blank on where to go for dinner. The movie isn't until 7 pm, so we have time for a sit down meal.
Yes, I know I'm not in Seattle, but I'm not looking for a foodie place - I'm thinking kid friendly.
Applebee's but we go all the time, same with Red Robin - we were just there this weekend.
What would a nearly 10 year old like?
Re: Taking my son to Dinner & a Movie - a Q?
Maybe because it?s ?date night? go a place a bit nicer/grown up.
What?s his favorite food? Any of your chain restaurants are kid friendly (Olive Garden, El Torito, etc)
He's not a picky eater (except Chinese, he only eats the rice)
I thought about El Torito - but we go there too (we go out as a family alot)
