PSA: Crayola color bubbles

Hey girls=)

I am not sure if this has been posted, but I have been hearing from lots of moms that these are horrible.  My friend had their deck and her kid's clothes stained by the bubbles.  

I thought I would pass this along with Easter baskets and the summer coming up!

I was this><close to buying some this morning at Target, and thought, "eh, $3 is a lot for a bottle of bubbles" so I kept going.

We bought some of those too- I HATE them!!!! I will let him play with them this summer in the pool, but that's all. They stained his coat and the swing. And they say they are washable, but bah. liars.

We bought some and I used them once and got rid of them.  I was scrubbing at Jackson's hair trying to get the green out.  Do.not.buy.

Oh, crap.  I purchased some for Rory's favor bags for her birthday party.  Thanks for the info!  I believe I still have receipt, so I'll just take them back and get regular bubbles.  Too bad because they looked so fun.

No problem!  And I am in the midst of planning Jefferson's bday, too!  FIVE year olds!  I cannot believe it=)

I am so glad to see you!  I am doing really great!  Life with kids and the DH keeps us super busy, but life is good.

I know, it's nuts!  I just dropped off R's kindergarten application today.   We are doing very well, too.  Busy, as always!

I haven't had the best luck with crayola stuff. I got their bath crayons or whatever a while ago, used them once, and I still have marks on my tub. And I'm a cleaning freak, so NOTHING is working to get that stuff off.

really? We use the tub crayons all the time. Washes off the actual tub with just a splash of water. The tile wall however was another deal, but I did get it off with scrubbing bubbles.

Zubbles are supposed to be really good and not stain.

I'm glad I never messed with the Crayola product. A few years ago someone hooked me up with some of the Zubbles. I've got three little boys and the idea of giving them bubbles with instructions is ridiculous! Zubbles does what it says it does - disappear! Definitely a lot of fun, and worth the extra $ up front than having to worry about pressure cleaning your floors or scrubbing the kids skin off to get the color out.
