my water broke :(

I am 19 weeks today, and my water broke very early this morning. I was lying in bed having really sharp contraction-type pains, and all of a sudden, there was a huge gush. I rushed to the bathroom and it continued. I immediately called my doctor, and she told me to come to the hospital. The ultrasound confirmed that my water broke, and there was no amniotic fluid around the baby. However, the baby's heartbeat was good. I'm so scared worried nervous. After 5 hours in the hospital, they sent me home for complete bed rest, but I am going to see a specialist tomorrow for more tests.

This happened over a week ago to a friend of the family and she is 19 weeks too! She has not gone into labor yet, and it has been a week and a half. they gave her slim hopes last week but doctors are hopeful now! She will be on bed rest until 32 weeks then they will deliver. I'll send my T's &P's your way! Hang in there.
