So.....DH got to talking the other day about what classes we are going to plan to take in order to get ready for the baby. I want him and I to go to as many as possible.
So after talking about him going to a "Daddy Boot Camp" class we got to talking about our moms (dads are either deceased or out of the picture). MIL hasn't been around a baby by herself since 1979 and my mom has recently been around babues but not by herself. I am sure they are going to want to watch him if we want a night off and I know A LOT has changed in the past 20 some years regarding SIDS, Nutrition, and other info.
So my question is...has anyone ever heard of classes for grandparents to be? I would really love to enroll them in a class or 2.
If you have and your ILs or parents took them......how were they?
Re: Classes for Grandparents to be????
Sorry....or if you have any book recommendations either on this subject.
Thanks!
LUCKY! :-)
I just checked with my hospital and they don't have anything like that.....boo hoo!
Maybe I can find one that is offered offsite???
