Julianna is the one super feminine sounding names (IMO) that I really really like. Usually I like names that are less frilly, so for example instead of Julianna I would pick Julie. But for some reason I just love the way Julianna sounds. I think almost any name flows well with mn Grace, so I think you're fine there.
In my area, Savannah is becoming less common (there are still quite a few around age 8-9) but the -anna trend is really strong in Maryland. I personally know of 3 baby girls under 2 named Julianna. A few years ago, I had 4 little girls with -anna (or some variation thereof), so I guess maybe I'm -anna'ed out!
So I guess I got a little long-winded, but I say Savannah Grace.

Love Julianna (esp with one n but also like it with two). But I am a tad worried the "Julie" variations are going to boom in popularity soon, though. If that doesn't bother you, go for it.
Re: Julianna Grace??
Francesca Pearl is here! Josephine Hope is almost 3!
1 n or 2 nn's make the pronunciation different I am assuming OP knows that.
I love Julianna but I actually klike the original spelling with a G.
It is a beautiful name!
Agree.
