Does anyone use this cell provider? I'm looking at the Nokia E71 phone. Any reviews?

I had straighttalk for a few months. It really was a pain in the butt. I was porting a number and it wasn't working. I could dial out, text messages would go to the new phone but phone calls to my old (sprint) phone. Trying to talk to someone was a pain. If the call center was too busy it would just hang up, when you finally did talk to someone they were barely understandable. Not sure about that specific phone. I had a slider phone, paid $100 for it but the interface was terrible and mobile access was not user friendly. There were also several times that there just was no service and the website would be down so could not get anywhere. I now have an iphone so it is quite a bit more of an expense but I had the basic sprint plan before and was much happier with them before switching to straighttalk and was only saving about $5-10. To me customer service is important and worth the extra cost.

We use it for our oldest son & we have never had any problems with service, etc. It's fairly easy to run and pick up a card or just refill online.

My husband and I both have straight talk and love it.We both have the 30 plan. It is easy to refill. Only bad thing is the mins don't roll over. It is saving us $50 a month less for the same service we had with att.  We both have lg phones. We didnt port our numbers tho because I had read online that it was a hassle.

DH and I just switched last month but we ported our numbers before bed online and in the morning when we woke up the new phones worked perfectly.  DH has already broke the screen on his phone but he did the same thing with his alltel phone within a week when he got it to.  The service has been ok but we can't get the E471 becasue we are in a verzion area and that is an att phone.  I want it but have to wait a month or more for it to be avalible so the free phone is working for now.
