I just tried and it keeps crashing on me. Any hints?

I gave up and made a new SN. Hence the newbie status.  So freaking annoying. 

When I emailed TB they told me to change it via the nest - but that didn't work. I've tried many times.

huh?  I changed mine just a few min ago.  I changed the picture to a picture from today and I changed the ticker.

I just tried the Knot. Bump and Nest all with no luck. That stinks.

I could not change mine for months. I emailed the bump what was happening them emailed back that it could have been the dashes in my old name. I see you have a dash. They asked me if I wanted to make a new sn and give them 3 choose so they had options if one was taken already they changed and emailed me back with the new one. Now I can change my siggy. community@thebump.com

HAHA I got it to change, but now it's HUGE!!

HMPH! I've emailed the bump about it over a month ago and never got a response. I had even did a print screen so they knew exactly what the error was. Needless to say, I still can't change mine. Guess I ticked them off or something.

I actually got my to change on Monday. I would try again. Or email the bump. That's what I did, and it now works. Not sure what happen. Hopefully you get some answers.
