we gave ds some robitussin for a terrible cough a while ago and he suddenly has a fever to go with it. Have a call in to the ped, but thought someone here might know...bubbly?
just cough. I've been searching online and I'm getting conflicting info. I think I'll pass and hope he rides the fever out comfortably. He just needs to fall asleep and the cough will setlle, but if he's feverish he won't sleep ugh. I'm ready for winter to end so this family could be healthy again!!

I feel for you. I would probably give him the tylenol too, since it doesn't seem to have it, if he took the cough version and his fever is not declining, but I understand your reluctance. The freaking cold/sickness for month on end is terrible. Hope it gets better soon.
If the robitussin is just dexomethorphan, then you can give tylenol or advil - just make sure there was no ibuprophen or acetaminophen in the robitussin.
