Boob pimples?

I keep getting rather large pimples on my breasts.  Not at the nipple, but the rest of the boob.  They're big enough they irritate/break the skin and feel like a sore, but don't hurt or feel tender.  Anyone else?  I have an appt at the dermatologist tomorrow for an unrelated issue and my 6w pp appt next week, so I'll ask them about it too.

Maybe they are related to hormones... I had a few since having the baby but I have not had them in a few weeks. It is odd because they just came and went without any other symptoms or anything. The only other thing that I thought mine were from was from sweat. My boobs got huge and the under part always seemed so sweaty. Now that I stopped pumping, my girls have gotten smaller and I don't have that sweating issue.

If they're white bumps on the aereolas, they're called montgomery's tubercles and they're filled with milk. I have no idea for actual zits.
